RN Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our leadership team at Swan Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation in Patchogue, New York. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in establishing a compassionate environment, maintaining documentation of Resident care services, and overseeing LPNs and CNAs. Responsibilities:

• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and their families

• Maintain documentation of Resident care services by auditing Resident and department records

• Create appropriate care plans for residents

• Handle all supervisory duties for assigned units, including overseeing LPNs and CNAs that report to you

• Help establish and implement employment policies and procedures

• Maintain the standards of care for the units

• Administer medication as needed, review Resident records, and monitor the quality of care

• Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families

Requirements:

• Long-term Care experience preferred

• Valid RN license required

• 2-4 years of management experience

• Knowledge of City, State, and Federal regulations pertaining to licensed skilled nursing facilities

Work Schedule:

• 3pm-11pm

• Full-time, part-time, holidays, and weekends as needed

Compensation:

• $50-$55 HOURLY
