Location: Carson, CA

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Equipment Operator Requirements:

• Previous 3PL, warehouse, or distribution center experience required.
• Experience with picking, receiving, putaway, and inventory control.
• Forklift experience required; cherry picker, aisle master, and reach truck experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail with inventory counts and audits.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Safety-focused with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Equipment Operator Job Duties:

• Perform warehouse operations including picking, receiving, put away, and inventory control.
• Operate RF scanners to complete transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations.
• Operate forklifts, including cherry pickers, aisle masters, and reach trucks.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records and follow 3PL warehouse procedures.
• Support daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities.
