Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis in Johnson City, TN. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support patient health and wellness, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Position Registered Nurse (RN) – Part Time Location Johnson City, TN 37604 Key Responsibilities Assess and monitor patient health status and document findings accurately. Perform QA nurse visits monthly and submit documentation. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide patient and family education regarding health care plans. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies. Assist with procedures and coordinate patient care activities. Report to Regional Manager/Nurse Manager. Assist with training caregivers as needed. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Work Schedule Part-time hours with flexible scheduling options available.
