Join a precision manufacturing leader in the Delavan area and keep world‑class machining lines humming. As a Senior CNC Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be the expert who ensures our machines, building, and grounds are reliable, safe, and production‑ready.

At 6:00 am you’re on the floor, reviewing the preventive maintenance queue and any overnight notes. A Doosan mill needs a quick electrical check, a Star Swiss is throwing an intermittent proximity switch fault, and the forklift inspection is due. You balance planned PMs with urgent corrective work, document each action, and keep production partners informed—all while maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.

1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm | Monday – Friday

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on structures, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Repair/replace parts and subassemblies on production equipment (screw machines, cut-off, CNC, drill presses).
• Execute building repairs and light fabrication: benches, partitions, bins, crates; replace switches, small motors, fuses, lighting; install drop cords.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems on lathes and mills (Miyano, Doosan, Okuma, Tsugami, Star, Haas, RoboDrill, Wickman, Traub, Modern).
• Diagnose PLC issues and navigate/diagnose Fanuc controls.
• Work with proximity/reed/micro switches, encoders, servo motors, motor starters, contactors, and transformers.
• Apply trade fundamentals including carpentry, plumbing, welding, and fabrication; handle high‑voltage three‑phase (240 VAC, 480 VAC) and low‑voltage (5–48 VDC) circuits.
• Monitor and schedule service for forklifts, plow truck, and box truck to ensure safe operation.
• Manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
• Execute PMs per schedule, complete all documentation accurately, and maintain records.
• Assist production as available and continually seek quality improvements.

Note: Responsibilities may expand as needed; accountability extends to all assigned duties.

• High School Diploma and a 2‑year technical degree in manufacturing maintenance (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience in manufacturing (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong English communication skills: speak, read, write, train, and interpret instructions (written, oral, diagrams, schedules).

• Able to safely lift/push/pull up to 70 lbs; excellent manual dexterity for tools, equipment, and controls.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schedules; exceptional organization and multitasking.

• Understands and complies with company, safety, and quality policies and procedures; maintains a clean, orderly environment.
