Our client, a leader in warehouse and logistics operations, is seeking a dedicated General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to the efficient building and repair of wooden pallets from recycled materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Henderson, CO

Pay Range: $19.5

Shift: day

What's the Job?

• Build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed pallets, and lumber
• Repair damaged pallets to return them to service-ready condition
• Operate tools such as nail guns, saws, hammers, wire brushes, and pneumatic tools safely and effectively
• Complete production paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to safety standards

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate woodworking and pneumatic tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats (written, oral, diagram, schedule)
• High school diploma or GED required; craft apprenticeship preferred
