Office Operations Specialist

Copy & Office Support Specialist
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Copy & Office Support Specialist to provide on-site support within a resort company environment. This position will assist with daily copier and production-print operations, paper replenishment, document production, and book assembly.
The ideal candidate has previous copy center, print production, or general office support experience and is comfortable working in a professional, customer-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily copier and production-print operations.
- Clean and maintain copier equipment and work areas.
- Monitor and restock paper throughout the copier fleet.
- Assist with production printing and document preparation.
- Assemble books and other printed materials.
- Maintain organized and well-stocked work areas.
- Provide professional on-site support to internal customers.
- Perform other related office and print-support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of related office, copy center, print production, or technical support experience.
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to provide professional customer service and build positive working relationships.
- Ability to learn new processes and equipment quickly.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move cartons of copy paper.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday.
