1099 Independent Contractor | Statewide Colorado | Remote & Field-Based

The Opportunity: $80k – $200k+ (Uncapped) **Sign-On Bonus**

Work Requirements (The Bare Essentials)

To be successful in this partnership, you must meet the following criteria:

• Industry Veteran: Must have proven experience in both roofing sales and project management, or be proficient in Solar. Choose which path works best for you!
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift and maneuver a ladder over your head and safely climb to perform inspections.
• The 15-Hour Knock Rule: Commitment to a minimum of 15 hours of door- knocking/canvassing per week to supplement company leads.
• Tools of the Trade: You must own a reliable smartphone for communication and project tracking.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for statewide travel are non-negotiable.

• Own Your Pipeline: Mix company-provided leads with your own proactive canvassing in high-potential or storm-impacted neighborhoods.
• Consult & Educate: Be the expert guide for homeowners, navigating them through insurance claims and premium retail roofing options.
• Inspect & Estimate: Scale heights (literally) to perform on-site damage assessments and provide accurate project estimates.
• Close the Deal: Manage the contract process from the first handshake to the final nail. Manage your project from start to finish, giving you more control over your job and your paycheck.
• Prospect solar leads , educate homeowners, get contracts signed, and move on to the next job! Enjoy the best of both worlds and make commissions on both! If you're more comfortable selling solar rather than roofing or vice versa, you can choose which path works better for you. We're here to guide you.

• A D2D Pro: You’re comfortable at the door, you build rapport in seconds, and you view "no" as just a detour on the way to "yes."

• Physically Capable: Comfortable with heights and able to safely set up/climb ladders for inspections.
• Compliance-Minded: You value integrity and follow Colorado regulations (like those found via the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment).

⚖️ A Note on Colorado Compliance
In accordance with Colorado labor regulations (COMPS Order #40), as a 1099 contractor, you maintain primary control over your work schedule and sales methods. Per Colorado law, we strictly prohibit paying, waiving, or rebating insurance deductibles for property owners.
