Our lifeguards are trusted safety leaders. You’ll actively prevent emergencies, respond with confidence when seconds count, and ensure our aquatic facilities remain clean, safe, and enjoyable for guests of all ages.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor pool areas attentively to ensure swimmer safety at all times
  • Enforce pool rules and address unsafe behaviors professionally
  • Perform water rescues, first aid, CPR, and emergency response when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pools, decks, locker rooms, and restrooms
  • Complete safety checks, logs, and reports accurately and on time
  • Use rescue equipment, telephones, and cleaning tools safely and effectively
  • Participate in regular in-service trainings and skill refreshers
  • Support a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven guest experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Lifeguarding and CPR/AED certification (or willingness to certify—we’ll help!)
  • Strong judgment, alertness, and calm decision-making under pressure
  • Physical ability to perform rescues and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and teamwork
  • Passion for working with people of all ages and backgrounds

Work Environment

  • Indoor and outdoor pool settings at high altitude
  • Active role requiring standing, walking, swimming, and quick response
  • Schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
