What You’ll Do
- Monitor pool areas attentively to ensure swimmer safety at all times
- Enforce pool rules and address unsafe behaviors professionally
- Perform water rescues, first aid, CPR, and emergency response when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pools, decks, locker rooms, and restrooms
- Complete safety checks, logs, and reports accurately and on time
- Use rescue equipment, telephones, and cleaning tools safely and effectively
- Participate in regular in-service trainings and skill refreshers
- Support a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Current Lifeguarding and CPR/AED certification (or willingness to certify—we’ll help!)
- Strong judgment, alertness, and calm decision-making under pressure
- Physical ability to perform rescues and lift up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and teamwork
- Passion for working with people of all ages and backgrounds

Work Environment
