QVC Customer Service Specialist - 2nd Shift

Customer Service Specialist QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a remote Customer Service Specialist to support our live social shopping platform. The role is based in Virginia or an approved QVC state and is performed from a home office. Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, processing refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data. Offer and promote products during each customer interaction, driving sales while maintaining excellent customer service. Problem‑solve and de‑escalate unique customer situations, ensuring a personalized experience for each caller. Work a full‑time schedule that includes one weekend day and one weekday off; availability for weekends, holidays, and additional hours is required. Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and collaborate with the team to achieve performance targets. Qualifications 12 months or more of customer service experience. Proficient in virtual collaboration tools and comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various customer styles. Own a Microsoft Windows 11 compatible computer and meet QVC computer system requirements; troubleshoot own technical issues or partner with IT as needed. Provide a distraction‑free work environment and reliable internet connection. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet remote‑work eligibility in Virginia or an approved state. Compensation & Benefits Hourly: $15.00 – $15.00.
