Job Overview Our mid-size GovK client in Fairfax, VA (hybrid) is looking to hire two Sr. Contracts Administrators. These roles were created to support recent growth and report to the Director of Contracts. The position requires hybrid work – 2 days per week in-office. Employees will benefit from an experienced management team and a strong work/life balance, along with attractive benefits and culture. Requirements 5+ years of experience leading time‑and‑materials, firm‑fixed‑price and cost‑reimbursable contract efforts, preferably in the DoD sector. FAR/DFAR compliance knowledge and experience supporting multiple contracts and internal customers. Compensation is targeted at $115‑140 K based on experience.
