Avanti Food & Beverage Vail is hiring full-time and part-time Cocktail Servers for the 2026–2027 fall and winter season . This role is a great fit for energetic, dependable individuals looking for flexible work in a fast-paced, social environment with strong earning potential. We are especially interested in local applicants and team members seeking year-round employment, though seasonal availability is welcome.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, efficient cocktail service

• Manage a large section of up to 50 guests across our patio, lounge, and dining areas

• Take and deliver drink orders accurately

• Explain and promote our beer, wine, and cocktail offerings

• Recommend and upsell beverages with confidence

• Maintain clean and organized service areas

• Work closely with bartenders, support staff, and fellow servers

• Deliver a memorable guest experience that reflects Avanti’s service standards

Compensation

• $12.14 per hour plus FOH pooled tips

• Guaranteed minimum of $20 per hour for all server shifts

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a large section of up to 50 guests across various patio, lounge, and dining areas.

• Provide excellent customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor.

• Explain and promote our beverage menu, including beer, wine, and cocktails, with a high level of salesmanship.

• Recommend and upsell beverages based on guests’ preferences.

• Work efficiently and calmly during high-volume service periods.

• Maintain a positive and polite attitude toward guests and fellow employees.

• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and support staff to ensure smooth service.

• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.

• Uphold cleanliness and organization throughout assigned service areas.

• Deliver a memorable guest experience that reflects Avanti’s standards.
