Location: 130 West Ravine Road, Kingsport, TN 37660, United States

Start Date: August 1, 2026

End Date: July 29, 2028

Shift: 24-hour Day Shift (07:00 - 07:00)

Schedule: Monday–Monday (weekly rotation), including weekends

Hours/Week: Approximately 40-50 hours

Employment: Contract position

Licenses/Certs: Active TN license or IMLC, Board Certified GI, ACLS/BLS, TN DEA, ERCP experience required

Experience: Well experienced in all General GI and ERCP procedures

What You'll Do

• Provide expert GI consultation and management for adult patients, including some pediatric cases
• Perform advanced procedures such as ERCP, EUS, and general GI procedures
• Support OR and in-house Endo nursing teams during procedures
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures in well-equipped endoscopy suites
• Participate in call coverage, including 24/7 night and weekend call duties via beeper and phone consults
• Assist with rounding and support surgical procedures as needed
• Flexibility around scheduling of EUS and other specialized procedures

What You Need

• Required:
• Board Certified Gastroenterologist
• TN license or IMLC eligibility
• Active DEA license (TN)
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proven experience with General GI and ERCP procedures
• Preferred:
• CFRE or similar certification
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
