The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the CVICU. Candidates must hold a current RN state license and relevant certifications including ACLS and BLS. The role requires proficiency in advanced cardiac arrhythmia interpretation and the ability to manage critically ill patients. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
