Center Manager - (San Ramon)

Job Details Location: 3141 Crow Canyon Place STE E - San Ramon, CA 94583 Salary Range: $22.00 – $28.00 hourly. Job Type: Full‑time. Work Location: In person. Job Summary As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists. Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention. Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care. Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and financial acumen. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background). Strong sales background preferred. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Established history of managing multiple direct reports. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Sales‑driven with a focus on customer service excellence. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Growth mindset is key. Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and can utilize KPIs to drive positive performance. Places the guest first; coaches associates to connect and build brand loyalty. Is self‑motivated, accountable, punctual, organized, and reflects the brand. Leads and inspires by example, encouraging fact‑based solutions and celebrating the success of others. Has an open and flexible schedule. Can communicate effectively in written and verbal interactions. Can learn and operate a POS system. Can climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Can stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time (80% or more of the shift).
