The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting orders in a timely manner.Principal Responsibilities:Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders.Safely operate electric pallet jack in a face-paced warehouse environment.Select and palletize products using Vo collect technology.Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.Other duties and special projects as requested.Required Skills:Work in various warehouse environments including freezer, cooler and dry.Able to follow selection direction through headset (Voice Pick & Pick Label)Work overtime as required.Ability to meet deadlines and case-per-hour requirementsAbility to listen, understand and respond to instructionAbility to operate within Standard Operating Procedures and follow OSHA guidelinesHigh level of accuracyAttention to detailWork on your feet for 8-12 hours daily.Ability to frequently lift 15-55 pounds.Previous experience operating electric pallet jack and other warehouse technical equipment preferredEducation/Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent required.Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.Order Selecting: 1 Year (Preferred)Electric Pallet Jack: 1 Year (Preferred)Shift Schedule:Sunday: Start time is 10:00 AM (Full time), two dry selectorsMonday through Thursday: Start time is 3:00 PM (Full Time), two dry selectors(Part-time two selectors) Sunday 10 AM-6:30 PM, Monday 3 PM-11:30 PM, and Wednesday 3 PM-11:30 PMCold Storage Warehouse environment includes sub-zero temperaturesPay Rate:Base pay will be $22.00 per hour for full-time.Employees will also be eligible for incentive pay, which is based on performance percentage metrics.Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
