Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Psychotherapist, you will engage with individuals facing a spectrum of mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing tailored treatment plans founded on evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies. Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, personalized to meet the unique needs of each client. Maintaining precise clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring both clarity for treatment continuity and compliance with professional standards. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to devise and execute integrated care plans that promote the best outcomes for our clients. Engaging in case consultations and peer review sessions to share insights and enhance treatment strategies. Providing education and guidance to clients and their families regarding available mental health resources, fostering a community-centric approach to care. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health disorders. This role allows you to make a significant impact through direct clinical intervention and educational outreach, ultimately contributing to the holistic adjustment and improvement of individuals’ lives within the community. Qualifications A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. A valid LCSW license to practice in California. A minimum of three years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy. Proficiency in solution-focused interventions and a strong foundation in underlying mental health theories. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to connect effectively with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in critical thinking and problem-solving, necessary for the nuanced decisions in mental health care. Preferred Experience Experience working in an outpatient or school setting, addressing academic and behavioral challenges. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
