Salary Range : $58.54 - $77.20 per hour Location : Onsite or Remote, Flexible Hybrid Work Schedule : Variable shifts, 32 hrs/week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Job # : 30221 Primary Duties and Responsibilities The Department of Psychiatry seeks to hire a Psychologist to join the Child & Adolescent Program. The candidate will provide integrative behavioral health care to pediatric youth and their families, focusing on evidence-based assessment, intervention, and consultation within multidisciplinary neurology care settings. Responsibilities include delivering individual, group, and family interventions, conducting behavioral health screenings, providing tailored consultations during multidisciplinary neurology clinic visits, and offering short-term outpatient therapy to youth and families requiring further support with individualized treatment plans. Job Qualifications PhD or PsyD in Psychology Valid California Psychology License Experience working with children, adolescents, and their families Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based mental health interventions for pediatric populations Training and experience with psychological assessment tools and standardized testing Experience conducting behavioral analyses and implementing behavior intervention strategies Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish rapport with patients and families Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills Proficiency with common computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet department needs As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr UCLA Health
