Entry level Customer service
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experiments.
- Design, execute, and interpret experiments.
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
- Present experimental results to department and project teams.
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and electronic files.
- Follow GMP, GLP, Design Control, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Conduct assigned experiments independently.
- Assist with basic computational biology tasks, including running scripts and reading code.

- Basic Computational Biology / Script Execution
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field.
- 0–2 years of relevant laboratory or industry experience.
- Customer-facing experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Basic computational biology skills, including reading code and running scripts.
- Master’s degree, PhD, or more than 2 years of relevant experience is considered overqualified.
