Instructors focus on building their clientele by empowering people through the principles of Pilates methodology, ensuring a positive member experience that is fun, educational, supportive and aligned with the integrity of the Life Time Pilates brand.Job DutiesProvide personalized customization in all session offerings, Private (1:1) and Semi Private (3-6 participants), tailoring each session to the unique needs of the clienteleIntegrate all Pilates apparatus into session programming to ensure comprehensive and effective sessionsBuild and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service and results-driven instructionUtilize the Pilates method to create impactful and positive changes in clients' livesCompletes all administrative requirements associated with each client's fitness plan, including documentation of client programmingUpholds cleanliness and organization of the studioRemains current on certifications, credentials, continuing or advanced education, and new trends in the industryCreate an empowering and motivating environment for all clientsPosition RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDComprehensively Certified Pilates InstructorTrained and Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and BarrelsCertified in Beginner to Intermediate Pilates repertoire1 year of Pilates training experienceSales experience preferredExperienced in progressing the Pilates method through program designAbility to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 poundsCPR and AED certifiedPreferred Requirements250-600 hours comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum education to include Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel)Life Time is a place for everyone.
