Deck Van Drivers Earn up to $117,000 per year Base pay range: 51-61CPM Up to 8 CPM performance, safety, fuel bonus Additional pay per load and stop pay Home weekends Unload ATV/UTVs off trailers, driving down ramps Benefits & Perks $1,000 orientation pay $2,000 referral bonus Medical, dental, vision insurance, FSA, and PTO available 401k with 4% employer match Pet & rider policies Late-model trucks equipped come with TVs, refrigerators, inverters and bunk heaters!
