• Pay Rate: $105.02 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for diverse patient populations, including benign and malignant hematology cases.
• Support hospital staff and collaborate with an inpatient team to coordinate patient care.
• Manage patient assessments, treatment plans, and symptom management.
• Utilize EPIC EMR to document patient interactions and treatment activities.
• Participate in building the hospital's bone marrow practice-knowledge of relevant procedures preferred but not required.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety standards.

What You Need:

• MN State license and current certification (BLS, ACLS)
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient hematology/oncology experience
• Strong knowledge of hematology conditions (benign and malignant)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting
