Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Completed 40 hour RBT training course Previous ABA experience preferred Excellent references RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Essential Skills and Characteristics Positive attitude and enthusiasm with children Reliable and dependable Responds well to constructive feedback Team oriented problem solver Strong desire to make a difference in a child's life!
