Our Approach to Flexible Work

At Claris Health, we believe in the power of collaboration and in-person connection to best serve our patients and communities. While most roles require on-site presence, limited telecommuting options may be considered in rare cases based on specific job responsibilities and business needs. Any flexible work arrangements are determined at the discretion of leadership and HR and are not a standard benefit.

Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Claris Health's pay ranges vary based on work location. As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Our team can share more details during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
