If you're ready to bring your assembly expertise to a team that values precision and innovation, join us as an Assembler.What You'll DoPerform testing, assembly and disassembly of mechanical assemblies using both traditional and non-traditional tooling such as multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, power supply, function generator, screwdriver, torque wrench, standard wrench, etc.May perform other general assembly tasks such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, and color-coding parts and assemblies.Adjust or trim materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.Troubleshoot and replace defects of finished products.Rework and repair defective units rejected by inspection or test personnel.Follow safety procedures in the use and handling of flammable and hazardous chemicals required to meet all cleanliness specifications.Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process.Record information on production records, logs and other report forms.What You NeedStrong manual dexterity and ability to work under a microscope (required)Knowledge of thin-film assembly processes and MIC equipment (required)Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel (required)Vocational or technical certificate in a related field and 5+ years of experience (required)Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions (required)U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) (required)What We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive health benefits401(k) with company match and retirement plansPaid time off and flexible work arrangementsProfessional development and training opportunitiesA collaborative environment focused on innovation and growthWhat Happens NextApply online through Teledyne's careers page.
