Certified Nursing AssistantMust be IDPH Certified Nursing AssistantMust be CPR certifiedMust possess good computer skillsLong Term Care experience preferredDemonstrates caring and compassionate natureCNA candidate must be a team player, have a positive outlook and excellent problem solving skillsMaintains neat, professional appearanceAssists with all ADL'sTasks required to maintain good hygiene, grooming, comfort and the overall well-being of residentsCharts all care, supplies, etc. using electronic medical records systemAnswers all call lights promptlySchedule Requirements PRNPRN staff must be available to work various day, evening, night, weekend and holiday shiftsPRN staff must contact the Nursing Department scheduler to discuss availability prior to the schedule being finalized for the monthIn cases where PRN staff is scheduled but not needed, the Nursing Department scheduler or a charge nurse will make every attempt to notify the scheduled PRN staff at their listed contact number two hours prior to the scheduled shift, or as soon thereafter, as possibleMinimum Schedule CommitmentMinimum Schedule commitment excludes mandatory training and educational activities as scheduled by SSLPRN staff will be required to work four seven and one-half (7 ½) hour shifts per month, two of which must be on a weekend.
