Manager III Content Process Standards & Training

Job Overview We are looking for a Manager of PS&T Content to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of training materials, learning platforms, and content strategies that support organizational growth and operational excellence. Work Schedule Flexible/hybrid schedule: 3 in-person days at one of our core locations (Salisbury, NC; Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; Scarborough, ME; Hyattsville) and 2 remote days. Essential Job Functions Design and maintain engaging, scalable training materials across multiple formats (digital, instructor-led, microlearning) to meet diverse learner needs. This includes applying analysis and insights to identify gaps and opportunities, ensuring content not only meets compliance and business goals but also evokes curiosity and inspires learners to adopt best practices. The goal is to create learning experiences that drive operational excellence and support strategic priorities. Oversee learning management systems (LMS) and other digital platforms to ensure seamless delivery and tracking of training programs. This involves leveraging systems and technology to improve usability and reporting, collaborating with IT and vendors to resolve issues, and wrestling with challenges constructively to optimize functionality. Manage and develop a team of content creators, instructional designers, and training specialists by prioritizing growth through coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of related work experience or 5-7 years of related work experience. 5-7 years of experience in managing a team responsible for the design and implementation of training programs. 5 years experience in designing training programs for a small to medium sized organization. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Visio, Word, Powerpoint, Share Point, LMS and Excel. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insights to improve training effectiveness. Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating clear content and stakeholder updates. Skilled at working cross-functionally and fostering partnerships to gather input and validate content. Ability to coach, mentor, and create an environment where diverse perspectives are valued. Capacity to manage challenges constructively and adapt solutions to changing needs. Proficiency in administering and maintaining LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone). Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate), video editing software, and graphic design basics. Ability to use Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for reporting and insights. Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and other tools for content sharing and communication. Understanding how to leverage technology to streamline training delivery and track performance.
