Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities Sentinel is looking for a Business Process Analyst for our client. This person evaluates, designs, and optimizes processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. The role works cross‑functionally with stakeholders to document current workflows, identify gaps, and implement process improvements supported by data analysis and technology solutions. Contract Details This is a 3‑month contract with the potential to convert to full‑time, working fully onsite in Tucson, AZ. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Systems Experience in analyzing database hardware and software to identify inefficiencies and risks Technical knowledge of current programming languages (e.g., RESTful APIs and web services) Knowledge of network and PC operating systems Experience with Excel and Power BI Experience with Smartsheets (project management software) or similar tools, including importing data into reporting software Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) Current Homeland Security Background Clearance or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire Current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire May be required to obtain an AZ State Driver, Operator Certification, and other various certifications depending on assignment Must own a car, as this position requires travel between locations and equipment transport Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Demonstrated “can‑do” attitude Displays the “ACE” factor – Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm for delivering quality solutions with exceptional customer service What You Get Weekly competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.
