Contracts Paralegal (SaaS/Procurement)

Hello, my name is Thomas Gillitzer and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Contracts Paralegal (SaaS/Procurement) for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description: $75-$85 Hourly

Role will involve legal work, reviewing contracts, negotiating contracts, meeting with senior stakeholders regularly.
Negotiating technology components in contracts and identifying what are the critical components.
Tech contracts, specifically Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) agreements, required.
Contract types: Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Confidentiality Agreements.
4+ years of experience JD OR Master of Laws OR Master of Legal Studies required.
3 days onsite per week in Tampa, FL or Jersey City, NJ.
