QA Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Detail-oriented and passionate about software quality, the remote QA Analyst/Tester will design and maintain automated test suites, execute comprehensive quality assurance testing, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance testing efficiency. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web applications using tools such as Playwright Build and run automated smoke, regression, and end-to-end tests to validate new features and releases Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience 2-5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or test automation Hands-on experience building automated tests with modern frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language used for test automation (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python) Solid understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
