Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg
Location: Hudson, FL 34667
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Nights Only | Rotating Weekends
Pay Rate: $30–$42/hour (Based on Experience)
Night Differential: $4.75/hour
Weekend Differential: $3.00/hour
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Setting: Acute Care Hospital | Med/Surg Unit
Job Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and medications.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Active Florida RN license or compact RN license (Florida license required within 90 days of hire).
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Acute care nursing experience required.
- Recent LTAC-only experience is not accepted.
- Current AHA BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Onsite interview required.
