Compensation & Rewards Earning Potential: Our drivers earn a competitive split tip wage which consists of a base cash wage plus tips, guaranteed to meet or exceed the applicable state minimum wage. Tip Wage: Delivery Experts earn a base hourly tip wage of $8.00 per hour. Minimum Guaranteed Earnings: When combined with earned tips, your hourly rate is guaranteed to meet or exceed the state minimum wage of $12.77 per hour. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have valid U.S. employment authorization. Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards. Must have access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections and can be used for delivery. Safety Monitoring: Must be willing to have a video monitor (Netradyne) installed in your vehicle to help avoid collisions and incidents while driving. Or potentially Driveosity, which is a service that monitors your driving to ensure safe driving. During downtime, you are required to sweep, mop, clean up, do dishes, and find cleaning activities to help the store.

Key Skills & Responsibilities Possess navigational skills, including the ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings. Demonstrate an outstanding and friendly attitude toward customer service. Possess basic math skills. Works well with others and is able to work well under the stress of a high-paced environment. Organized, efficient in time management, and able to multitask. Able to respond to customer concerns. Must be a team player and follow all Team Sharma Domino's Policies. Must ensure all store calls are answered after the first ring.
