Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized critical care nursing services to ICU patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality care tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients' conditions and develop personalized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient care.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Educate patients and families on post-ICU care and health management.

Qualifications:

Hold an active Registered Nurse license.
Have at least 1 year of ICU or critical care experience.
Be certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Demonstrate excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
