Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized critical care nursing services to ICU patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality care tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and families on post-ICU care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license.
• Have at least 1 year of ICU or critical care experience.
• Be certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Demonstrate excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
