We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Lead/Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Fall River, MA. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our production operations, ensuring that our team meets production goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. ## Responsibilities
Oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient workflow.
Lead and motivate a team of production workers to achieve performance targets.
Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular training sessions to develop team skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a production lead or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in using production management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
