Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, functional independence, and overall quality of life.

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $51.00 - $59.50 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, or acute care experience preferred
• Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and facility policies
• Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Guaranteed 35 hours per week
• Competitive pay rate of $51.00 - $59.50 per hour
