The individual will interact closely with technology leadership, providing financial planning, forecasting, and data-driven insights, and work with Central Accounting team to support the monthly close processes.How you’ll CREATE:Ensure the accuracy and completeness of global consolidated financial results for monthly/quarterly actual, forecast and budget reporting.Perform monthly variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior periods for both P&L and cash flow performance.Maintain and update the operating expenses and capital expenditure budgets and forecasts.Collaborate with Technology leadership and key stakeholders to evaluate new projects, investment, and strategic initiatives.Provide financial guidance and analysis on project spend, resource allocation, and investment health.Work with Central Accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of month end actualsAssist with internal and external audit requests by preparing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries.Support IPE (Information Produced by Entity) documentation and compliance processes to ensure adherence to internal control requirements.Assist with implementation and optimization of financial planning tools and processes.Bring your VIBE:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting3-5 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.Experience supporting technology organizations a plus, not requiredStrong understanding of financial statements & accounting policiesStrong experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Power PlatformsExperience with Agentic AI tools promptsPrior experience with data analytics or tools a plus, not requiredExperience working with Hyperion, BPC or SAP is a plus, not requiredPerks Playlist:Join an entrepreneurial, global organization where authenticity, boldness, creativity, connection, drive, and insight aren’t just values—they’re how we work every day.
