Job Details Job Type: Full Time, Salary + Annual Performance Bonus Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 + up to $20,000 Bonus + Black Ford F-150 and Gas Card What You’ll Do Oversee Daily Operations – Lead all day-to-day branch activities, coordinate dispatch schedules with the Client Experience Team, and manage service calls to ensure operational efficiency. Focus on safe work environments, branch culture, morale, and professional development. Equipment & Fleet Readiness – Manage branch equipment and fleet (equipment and vehicles). Ensure everything is properly maintained, job-ready, and available when needed. Team Leadership and Culture – Hire, train, and develop the local branch team. Build the company’s culture with a servant-leadership mindset and lead by example. Safety and Compliance – Create and maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and leading weekly safety training. Financial Performance – Take full responsibility for the branch’s financial performance. Manage local vendor relationships and purchase orders. Oversee equipment transfers, ensure inventory accuracy, and issue/receive POs. Maintain a financially and operationally sound branch to serve customers and the team. What It Takes Experience – 3+ years in operations, branch management, or a leadership role in HVAC, mechanical, or service-based industries. Dispatch and Scheduling Skills – Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling and resource allocation to meet customer demands and productivity goals. Leadership Skills – Proven ability to lead a team, resolve conflicts, and drive performance. Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with HVAC or mechanical equipment is a plus. Customer Service Skills – Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills. Organizational Skills – Highly detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking. Tech Proficiency – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software. Safety Focus – Understanding of safety regulations and compliance. Clean Driving Record – Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving history. DOT Medical Card – Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card. When & Where You’ll Work Branch-Based – Primarily based at the branch, with regional travel for support and training. Customer-Facing – Support the local sales staff as a leadership presence to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships. The Field – Occasionally work in the field with the team during peak seasons to meet customer demands and keep schedules. Set Schedule with 24/7 Availability – Regular schedule with on-call shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) as the Branch Manager to ensure customer needs are met.
