ARE YOU THE SOLAR NEW INSTALL SUBCONTRACTOR OUR TEAM NEEDS? 4+ years of solar installation experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation General Liability insurance Workers' Compensation insurance (or valid exemption) Commercial Auto Insurance Proven residential new install experience Experience on pitched and multi‑story roofs Ability to lead a crew Ability to read and follow engineered plan sets Operate as a 1099 independent subcontractor Light commercial experience, electrical troubleshooting, experience with inspectors/electricians, NABCEP, and a Colorado Journeyman Electrician license are preferred.
