Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. In this role, partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell to an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and involves both indoor and outdoor work delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills and Qualifications Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs., including having an active driver's license, being at least 21 years of age, and obtaining a DOT medical certification before the first day of employment. Provide documentation regarding previous employment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High school diploma, GED, or military service. Strong customer service orientation. Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, based on a combination of base salary and earned commissions.
