Desired skills include web handling experience, electrical and mechanical aptitude, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, courteous and professional conduct, a valid passport, a clean driving record and willingness to travel. About the role As a Field Service Technician, you will proficiently install, maintain and provide comprehensive operator training and post‑installation support for a diverse array of AB equipment onsite. Equipment range may include Vectra, Omega, Digicon, Enprom and/or additional lines. Responsibilities include: Expertly troubleshoot all aspects of AB Graphic equipment, addressing mechanical, electrical (high and low voltage AC/DC) and software issues onsite and remotely via phone. Handle calls, resolve customer queries, and contribute to the refurbishment of in‑house equipment. Carry out service and warranty visits to customer sites across the USA, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Conduct required tasks at manager's request.
