Junior ERP Project Manager (Acumatica)

We're looking for someone with the potential to become an exceptional ERP Project Manager. You don't need to be an Acumatica expert or have years of ERP implementation experience. What matters most to us is your ability to think critically, take initiative, communicate effectively, and learn quickly. 

You'll work directly with our Director of PMO and experienced delivery team, gaining hands-on exposure to ERP implementations while progressively taking ownership of client engagements.

What You'll Own

• Own the schedule, budget, and delivery plan for each engagement, from kickoff through go-live and into hypercare support.
• Serve as the client's main point of contact throughout the project.
• Run the kickoff call, weekly status meetings, and monthly steering committee updates.
• Maintain the project plan and RAID log, with risks and issues tracked and visible in real time.
• Coordinate the Business Analyst, Technical Consultant, Customization Specialist, and Integration Specialist assigned to your engagement so their work lines up.
• Watch scope, budget, and timeline closely, and flag variances early.
• Plan and coordinate configurations, UAT, training, and the go-live cutover.
• Report to the Director of PMO and apply AIM's PMO methodology on every engagement, while helping and promoting it to the rest of the project team.
• Contribute to AIM's internal continuous-improvement initiatives.

The Technical Side 

We don't expect you to know everything on day one. However, a strong foundation in business, technology, or project coordination will help you succeed.

• Foundational understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with business processes, such as finance, accounting, operations, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data, reports, and business applications.
• Exposure to software implementations, ERP systems, business analysis, or process improvement is a plus.
• Experience with Acumatica, NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems is an advantage, not a requirement.

Compensation and Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $70,000–$90,000 per year. Where you land in that range depends on the experience and skills you bring. xhyhwjd
