Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator - Estimating Department

Key Responsibilities

Support the Estimating Team: Assist with preparing project quotations and cost estimates for commercial lighting projects. No estimating experience is required; training will be provided.

Review Project Information: Organize and review plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents to help determine project requirements.

Data Entry & Documentation: Enter project information accurately into company systems and maintain organized records of quotes, pricing, and project details.

Coordinate with Vendors: Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain product information, pricing, and availability.

Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with sales, project management, and purchasing teams to gather information needed for customer quotations.

Customer Service Support: Assist customers and clients by answering questions, providing updates, and ensuring timely communication.

Track and Follow Up: Monitor quote requests, pricing updates, and project deadlines to support the estimating process.

Maintain Organized Records: Keep files, spreadsheets, and project documentation accurate and up to date.

Learn Industry Products: Develop knowledge of lighting products, project requirements, and estimating processes through hands-on training.

Contribute to Team Success: Provide general administrative and clerical support to help ensure projects and quotations are completed accurately and on time.

Additional Skills

3+ years of administrative experience.
Construction office experience would be a big plus!
