HUD Compliance Manager - Section 8 & MOR

Sycamore Meadows is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee HUD Project-Based Section 8/PBRA compliance, including income/asset calculations, certifications, and mor preparation. The role requires interpreting HUD regulations and managing tenant eligibility and EIV procedures. Candidate should have 3–5 years of HUD experience, strong knowledge of HUD Handbook 4350.3, and experience handling MORs and related findings.
