Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a motivated and attentive Customer Success Associate to assist customers throughout the product selection and purchasing experience. This position involves understanding individual needs providing clear information about available offerings and helping customers feel confident about the products or services they choose. The Customer Success Associate will work directly with prospective and existing customers providing guidance during purchasing or enrollment activities and ensuring they understand the features benefits and next steps associated with their selections. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people communicates effectively and takes a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about pricing packages and current promotional offers.

Assist customers with completing purchases registrations or service enrollments.

Explain what customers can expect after selecting a product or service.

Review relevant product details and customer instructions during initial interactions.

Help customers understand available support resources and service information.

Address routine questions that arise during the purchasing or enrollment process.

Clarify customer concerns and provide appropriate information before final decisions.

Ensure required customer information and purchase-related details are accurately recorded.

Assist with communicating relevant product or service updates to customers.

Identify customers who may benefit from additional product education or assistance.

Support positive customer experiences through attentive communication and follow-through.

Share frequently asked questions and customer preferences with colleagues.

Maintain familiarity with current offerings promotional programs and service procedures.

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer assistance.

Follow established guidelines for customer communication purchasing activities and documentation.

Requirements Bachelors degree or 12 years of experience in sales customer engagement hospitality client services or a related field.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly professional and approachable communication style.

Ability to understand customer preferences and provide appropriate guidance.

Comfortable discussing products services and purchasing options.

Strong listening skills and attention to customer questions.
