We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. RNs play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, overseeing nursing staff, and ensuring that our residents’ medical and personal needs are met in a supportive and comfortable environment.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN)

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills

• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach

• Ability to lead and supervise a team of nursing staff

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN)

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress

• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care

• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments

• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards

• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed

• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts
