Office Administrator Data Entry Project in Sumner, WA Duration: 3 to 4 months Company: ProLogistix Location: Sumner, WA Pay: $25/hour Shifts Available: 2 Sun-Thurs 6am to 3pm 2 Sun-Thurs 4pm to 1am 2 Tues-Sat 6am to 3pm 2 Tues-Sat 4pm to 1am Training first two weeks will be on 1st shift. Position Overview: ProLogistix is seeking a reliable Domestic Operations Associate / Office Administrator to support warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you'll help manage customer orders, coordinate deliveries, communicate with drivers, and perform general administrative tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process customer orders accurately Communicate with truck drivers regarding deliveries and scheduling Coordinate shipments and delivery logistics Perform general office and administrative duties to support warehouse operations Maintain accurate records and documentation Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Other general admin duties in a warehouse environment. Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to work overtime. Must be proficient with computers Good communication skills Ability to follow procedures independently. Demonstrated experience and willingness to ensure a safe working environment for coworkers, self, and product. Ability to stand, lift, and walk for long periods of time.
