Job Description We are seeking compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide in‑home care to older adults. Positions are available full‑time, part‑time, or PRN, with flexible schedule options and a warm, positive, and supportive work environment. Responsibilities Travel to assigned patient’s homes and manage their care plan according to physician’s instructions. Assess and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each visit. Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs. Dress or redress wounds and assess the healing progress. Educate caregivers and family on the after‑care or ongoing care of the patient. Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care. Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient. Skills Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build personal rapport and establish trust to provide high‑quality care while increasing patients’ enjoyment and comfort. Initiative to make independent decisions when required and accept direction and requests from patients. Ability to follow instructions while acting independently if necessary. Excellent observational and problem‑solving skills. Ability to act swiftly in emergencies and work efficiently. Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of living environments. Knowledge of clinical skills including changing bandages, giving tube feedings, administering shots, and setting up and monitoring IVs. Requirements & Qualifications Relevant license and certification. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport. Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the home‑care industry (or related industry—hospice, home health, hospital, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
