Front Desk Concierge Seawatch at Jupiter Island Condominium | Jupiter, Florida

Seawatch at Jupiter Island Condominium is a distinguished residential community located along the beautiful coastline of Jupiter, Florida. We are committed to providing our residents with an exceptional living experience through outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, and thoughtfully maintained amenities.

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Concierge to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our community. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist residents, guests, visitors, vendors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk and create a positive experience for everyone entering the community.

• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information.

• Assist with daily administrative and front-desk operations.

• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area.

• Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and management.

• Monitor and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Follow community procedures and help ensure a safe, organized, and pleasant environment.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer service, front desk, or a related field is preferred.

Sunday & Monday
3:30 PM – 11:30 PM

This is a paid position offering an opportunity to work in a professional, supportive environment while playing an important role in delivering the high level of service our residents and guests expect.
