What You’ll Do:
- Implement individualized treatment and exercise programs that support each student’s motor and mobility goals
- Deliver treatment plans and exercise programs based on Physical Therapy assessments and IEP goals
- Train staff on adaptive equipment use and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Support classroom and residential accommodations

What You’ll Need:
- Associate’s degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Three years of pediatric experience preferred (experience with autism or developmental disabilities a plus)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and observation skills
