Account Support Associate

The Account Support Associate will provide administrative, reporting, account, and project coordination support to the Business Uniforms team.

This position will assist with managing client deliverables, tracking projects and action items, coordinating cross-functional follow-up, and preparing reports and presentations. The role will support the team's operational needs during a period of increased business activity and help ensure the successful execution of key client programs and initiatives.

Administrative & Project Coordination

• Maintain project timelines, trackers, and status reports for client programs.
• Coordinate follow-up activities and monitor action items across cross-functional teams.
• Track open issues, system enhancements, and client requests through resolution.
• Assist with meeting preparation, including:
  • Agenda development
  • Meeting notes
  • Action-item tracking
  • Follow-up communications
• Support planning and coordination for trade shows, client meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Help ensure projects, deliverables, and deadlines remain on track.

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate and distribute sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Partner with internal reporting teams to gather and compile business data.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and trackers.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests.
• Assist with the preparation of QBR presentations and other client-facing materials.
• Ensure reports and presentations are accurate, organized, and completed within established deadlines.

Client & Account Support

• Prepare weekly status updates and reporting packages for key accounts.
• Support ongoing client deliverables and communication activities.
• Monitor customer service and quality-related issues and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Track client requests and outstanding items through completion.
• Serve as a liaison between Account Management and cross-functional business partners.
• Help maintain strong communication and coordination across internal teams and client accounts.

Team & Operational Support

• Assist with tracking business priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Maintain organized program documentation and records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Business Uniforms team.
• Support special projects and business initiatives as assigned.
• Assist the team during periods of increased business activity.

Qualifications

Required

• 13 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Account coordination
  • Customer service
  • Project coordination
  • Merchandising
  • Sales support
  • Related business operations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience supporting Account Management or Sales teams.
• Experience within wholesale, retail, uniforms, merchandising, or a related environment.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Experience supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Familiarity with inventory, order management, or supply chain processes.
