What You'll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following clinical standards and regulations
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices in therapy sessions
• Track patient progress, modify treatments as needed, and document outcomes in compliance with regulations
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams
• Support and supervise CFY or student speech-language pathologists when applicable
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and conferences to stay current in best practices

What You Need

• Required: Active ASHA and State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience: Previous experience preferred but not mandatory; strong clinical skills and commitment to patient care
• Skills: Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment
